Road to Nepal

I love road riding in the fall…and today was no exception. The weather was great (a bit breezy), and with the leaves changing color, Road to Nepal was a great choice.

Iron folks - Lyle and Tracy!

Up up up

For anyone who hasn’t rode “Road to Nepal“, it starts at 37 Street SE and 22x (there’s even a little parking lot) and heads out some pretty big rollers and then can be continued on to Okotoks or Millarville. Today, Tracy, Lyle and I opted to head to Okotoks. It’s about 70km round trip, but it’s a tough slug with all the hills. Tracy and Lyle both just finished Ironman Canada (congrats again), so I had a hard time keeping up with their strong legs. The company, the views and the descents made the never ending climbs worthwhile.
